We are seeking a part time cleaner for an affordable housing community in Bangor for 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include vacuuming stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down all entryways, dusting all light fixtures, and cleaning all front door entryways, etc.
You will also be responsible to clean any vacant units as they come up to make them move-in ready once the maintenance team is done with the portion of their work. This will include wiping down all the windows and cabinets along with general cleaning of the whole unit for the new resident.
