Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Family Office team in Greenwich, CT. Key Responsibilities:
Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.
Screen and prioritize communications.
Draft and edit correspondence and documents.
Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items.
Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
Assist in preparing and distributing financial documents and reports, and coordinate data collection.
Qualifications:
5 years of similar experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
QuickBooks Experience
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, on site in Greenwich office
Salary: $85k per year
