Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the founder of a prestigious family office. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex travel logistics while providing seamless support in both personal and corporate matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive and personal support to the principal and his family.
- Handling all travel arrangements, including itinerary planning, bookings, transfers, and real-time troubleshooting.
- Serves as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate closely with the corporate team and other assistants to manage scheduling and day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives.
- Strong background in high-level travel coordination and logistics.
- Experience working in a corporate setting; familiarity with family office environments is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have verifiable references.
Schedule: Hybrid schedule: 3-4 days in the corporate office, remote when the principal is traveling.
Compensation: $120,000 - $175,000 base salary up to 20% discretionary bonus
