Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support their Family Office team in Greenwich, CT. The role involves a blend of both executive-level responsibilities and personal tasks, making it ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a range of tasks in a fast- paced environment. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
- Coordinate meeting logistics and prepare necessary materials.
- Screen and prioritize communications.
- Draft and edit correspondence and documents.
- Organize internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, materials, and minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist with special projects, conduct research, and prepare reports.
- Assist in preparing and distributing financial documents and reports, and coordinate data collection.
- Manage personal calendar, including appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with family-related activities and tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of similar experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, on site in Greenwich office
Salary: $85K to $110K per year
