Responsibilities:
- Organizing and filing documents
- Scheduling and maintaining calendars
- Booking appointments
- Managing emails and following up on action items
- Making phone calls
- Conducting research and creating outlines.
- Drafting and organizing materials for review.
- Finding and booking family activities.
- Acting as a liaison between the client and employees
- Managing vendors.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Highly organized and efficient
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Able to take feedback well and work with minimal supervision
