- Ingredient Sourcing: Purchase fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted vendors. Maintain awareness of seasonal and specialty ingredients.
- Event Catering: Plan and execute meals for private parties, gatherings, or special occasions hosted by the client.
- Kitchen Management: Organize and maintain kitchen equipment, inventory, and supplies. Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
