Emergency Hire - Administrative Support - Strategic Initiatives

Job Summary

• Provide administrative support for integration leaders and teams 

• Data entry 

• Coordinate calendars: schedule meetings, update calendars, and prepare documentation for meetings. 

• Attend meetings and take notes 

• Update, input, and evaluate SmartSheet

• Run weekly and monthly reports for leadership

• Must be proficient in Excel

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office etc.

• Must be proficient and have access to Zoom

• Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to set own priorities to coordinate multiple assignments with fluctuating and time-sensitive deadlines.

-Education and Experience

High school diploma or its equivalent. Five years of general office support or technical experience. (Training at a vocational school or full-time college education may be substituted for two years of the required experience on the basis of one year of college education for 6 months of experience)

Salary:

Anticipated Hiring Range: $23.41 - $25.75 per hour

Classification Range: $23.41 - $38.38 per hour
