JOB TITLE : Director of Concierge Services / Concierge Services
DEPARTMENT : Patient, Resident & Guest Experience / Customer Service Relations
DIRECT REPORT : Administrator and / or their designated representative
EDUCATION / SKILLS : High school diploma or GED; customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
JOB DESCRIPTION : The Director of Concierge Services / Concierge will be responsible for overseeing the experiences of residents and their families while supporting the community's employee engagement initiatives alongside the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The Concierge's role is to proactively anticipate the needs of residents, patients, and guests to enhance their overall experience during their stay or visit. They will act as the information liaison between patients or family members and the interdisciplinary team to ensure proper follow-up and resolution. Information will be gathered through continual resident and patient experience surveys outlined in the Concierge Onboarding process, conducted upon hire by the Administrator, with support from a Regional Consultant. The data collected by the Concierge will be regarded as a crucial resource for the IDT to formulate resident-centered care plans and tailored interventions aimed at improving patient outcomes and psychosocial well-being upon admission.
