What You’ll Do:
- Ensure a safe swimming environment by monitoring members and guests.
- Be rescue-ready – Always stay alert and prepared to respond in an emergency.
- Maintain a clean, organized pool area and enforce all pool safety rules.
- Provide basic first aid for minor injuries and report safety concerns.
- Assist with swim lessons and special events as needed.
What You Need:
- Current Red Cross Lifeguard Certification (Required).
- CPR, First Aid, and AED Training (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong swimming skills and ability to stay focused in a high-energy environment.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and professional appearance.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in hot, humid conditions.
