Wellness Consultant and Sales

As a Wellness Consultant and Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in promoting health and wellness services and products while delivering outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Sales Manager, your core skills in retail sales, cash handling, and communication will be essential in engaging customers and driving sales.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist customers in selecting memberships or programs to join
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations towards wellness supplements.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
• Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers on benefits and usage.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
• Be able to stand up to 8 hours a day
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
