Responsibilities
LIVE TRANSFERS DAILY!!!
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Work lead lists as assigned using the lead management system following the rules and guidelines as set by your Sales Leader and/or Agency Manager.
Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Campbell Agency guidelines, policies and procedures.
Attend all office meetings to plan growth and address concerns and upcoming classes and/or updates.
Handle service work as necessary. Although we are a highly specialized office, occasional service work will be necessary.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive, and team player attitude.
Career-minded vision.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Prior Allstate experience preferred.
