What You’ll Be DoingAs a Painter, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural quality of the hotel’s interior and exterior spaces. Your tasks will include:
- Painting and touching up guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, fixtures, vending areas, storage areas, and other designated surfaces as needed.
- Responding promptly and courteously to guests’ maintenance requests, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Contributing to the overall upkeep and appearance of the property, ensuring a welcoming and well-maintained environment.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to:
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in high-temperature environments around heavy equipment.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 3–6 months of related experience and/or training preferred.
