What You’ll Be Doing:
As our PM Front Office Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a smooth and welcoming front desk operation. Your leadership will inspire and empower your team to deliver outstanding service, ensuring every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive. Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the front office team, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
- Scheduling, training, and developing staff while fostering a positive and team-oriented work environment.
- Conducting regular inspections of the front office and public areas to maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Collaborating with hotel leadership to optimize revenue, maximize occupancy, and enhance the guest experience.
- Serving as Manager on Duty, stepping in to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Performing additional duties as needed to support the hotel's success.
What We’re Looking For:
- A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in hotel front office operations.
