What You’ll Be DoingAs a Sales Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting the Sales Managers while contributing to the hotel’s exceptional service and profitability. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative and clerical support, including word processing, typing, data entry, filing, emailing, faxing, copying, and handling mail.
- Responding to guest requests promptly, professionally, and with a friendly demeanor.
- Assisting with special projects and performing general office duties as needed.
- Ensuring seamless communication and support for both the sales team and guests to drive outstanding experiences.
Requirements
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- Ability to:
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Stand for long periods and frequently use hands for tasks such as typing or handling tools.
- Occasionally walk, sit, and reach with arms.
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.
