Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in post-harvest plant processing, including drying, curing, trimming, weighing, packaging, and labeling.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Handle raw plant materials, exposing yourself to pollen, dust, and plant particles.
- Perform physical activities, including prolonged standing, sitting, bending, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production position, including hands-on activities.
- General knowledge of weights and measurements.
- Ability to work evening, night, or weekend shifts.
- Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions accurately.
