Job Summary
The Cannabist Company is seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-crop harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product.
Key Responsibilities
- Post-harvest tasks including drying, curing, trimming, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products
- Assisting in the post-harvest plant processing of cannabis, including fan leaf removal, harvest, drying, curing, weighing, packaging, labeling, recording, and inspection of product
- Cleaning and sanitation of equipment and facilities
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in production position; including hands-on production activities
- Good visual acuity, hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to perform repetitive motions with accuracy
- Familiarity with cannabis processing equipment and procedures
