Case Manager
At The Cantú Law Firm, we take pride in providing quality legal services with integrity and respect for our clients. We strive to consistently keep our clients informed of updates with their case and are dedicated to ensuring our client’s current and future needs are taken care of. The office is seeking a motivated professional with excellent customer service skills, strong work ethic, integrity and attention to detail. As the Case Manager you work closely with the attorneys, administrators and other staff to assist in developing client cases by requesting and obtaining updated medical records from medical providers.
Job duties include:
- Interacting daily with assigned clients, ensuring that every client needs are taken care
- Handle client complaints, issues, requests and/or demands
- Answering phone lines
- Interviewing potential clients
- Discussing accident facts
- Setting up insurance claims for property damage and bodily injury, to include liability, UM, UIM, PIP, and more.
- Request and follow up to obtain medical status, bills, and records from numerous medical providers
- Organize and maintain client files in both electronic and physical files
- Review and submit invoices to accounting department for payment of records and/or requests
- making arrangements for vehicle repairs, rentals, coordinating medical treatment, assisting attorneys with case development, calendaring attorney schedule, and more.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent;
- Customer service experience
- Minimum 45 WPM typing speed
- Excellent telephone, communication, and active listening skills
- Ability to work well with others as a team
- Has professional manner and high energy level, exhibits a positive attitude
- Multi-tasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Reliability and dependability
- Problem analysis and problem-solving
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Ability to read, write and speak Spanish
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college, technical school or combination related experience and/or training preferred
- Personal injury or medical background strongly preferred

Pay: $18-$22 per hour / Future pay increases dependent upon positive performance evaluations
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
