Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position requires individuals who can deliver impeccable service, craft high-quality beverages, and create memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Bartending:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Serving:
- Greet and engage with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- General Duties:
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server and/or bartender in a high-end or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold any required certifications.
