What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relationship Banker Intern - Wellfleet position at The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank?
Responsibilities include providing friendly, accurate, knowledgeable, quick and courteous customer services; effective cross-sales; and accurate transaction processing; efficient and accurate balancing of daily transactions; and proper support of teller line operations.
Qualifications:
- College student who is pursuing a Bachelor's degree, minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred - all majors considered - relevant work or internship experience in sales, service or finance role is preferred
- Ability to learn quickly and take action in fast-paced environment
- Prior cash handling and customer service experience strongly preferred
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work fluctuating schedule, including hours Monday through Saturdays
- Satisfactory credit and reference checks required
- Must have cyber security awareness to protect the digital environment, the Bank, and its customers.
