About the Role :
This is a unique opportunity to join a high performing product team where you will create and manage the project plan to take a new product to market including working with members of every department and team to ensure clarity and transparency along the way. Essentially, you will coordinate all aspects of our go to market plan, keeping everyone informed and aligned, while also managing distinct projects of your own along the way. You'll also further your knowledge about the entertainment business at large. As an early member of the team, you will be up close and personal with all aspects of planning, launching, and scaling this business.
This is a position for a project manager who has managed the go to market plan for consumer digital products, ideally in the entertainment industry.
Day-to-Day :
- Planning projects and creating project schedules
- Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring progress
- Communicating with stakeholders as input to planning, with progress reports, and with escalations
- Identifying and communicating risks, addressing issues
- Reporting on projects' status
- Ensuring projects stay within budget and timeline
- Problem solving all kinds of project challenges
- Supporting all teams as needed with logistical and coordination support in service of the go to market plan
- Be the expert and go-to person for all questions on timelines, dependencies, and project status
