The Capstone Grill is an independently owned restaurant that has been in business 20 years. We are a full service, award-winning restaurant in Canonsburg, PA. We are a small, fast-paced, fun, upbeat, and energetic team environment. We are looking for energetic, fun people to join our team. Qualifications
- Must be able to work well with others on a team and be a team player.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Must have great food knowledge and be able to explain our menu items in detail.
- Must have cocktail & wine serving experience
- Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have great people skills and be able to stay positive under pressure.
- Must have great physical stamina and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Job Duties:
- Available to work Wed, Thurs, Fri & Sat nights
- Must be available for a 2pm start time
- WEEKENDS are NOT optional. You will be scheduled Fridays AND Saturdays
- Greet customers at the table in your section. Be the first point of contact with guests and be courteous during their visit.
- Ring food and drink orders in accurately.
- Deliver food orders to customers while following procedures as outlined on the customer service sheets.
- Follow procedures for serving customers and cleaning service stations while following safety guidelines and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain your section of tables, serving them, cleaning them, cashing out your customers & sweeping at end of shift
- MAKE SURE your previous SERVING EXPERIENCE is included in resume or cover letter
