Retail Operations Manager

We are looking for a high energy results driven Retail Operations Manager to be responsible for the staffing, training and management of multiple cannabis dispensaries day to day operation. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in employee recruitment, and retail management. Excellent people and team building skills, organization, and flexibility are essential to this position.  This position has a heavy influence on the culture of our company, so a positive and highly motivated individual would be a great fit.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Staffing 3 locations (5-7 employees per location)
• Training upon initial hire, and periodic re-training, performance reviews and calibrations
• Compliance with OLCC laws and regulations
• Grow sales
• Monitor staff and hold them accountable for items like cash handling, discounts and intake procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Education:

• High school degree or higher

Years of Experience:

• 3 years of people management experience

Work Experience:

• Basic money handling skills
• POS knowledge
• Cannabis experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills
