As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you’re one of the most important members at Norm Reeves Hyundai/Genesis of Irving. You are responsible for creating a great service experience for our guests, your positivity and attention to detail are what keep our guests coming back time after time.
What You’ll Do
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Responding to guest inquiries via phone and email, providing information and addressing any concerns.
- Collecting necessary information about the vehicle’s issues or service needs.
- Providing updates to customers on the status of their vehicle.
- Ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers during their visit
- Assists service advisors when needed
- You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
- Automotive interest a plus
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus.
