As a Temporary Employee, you will play a role in ensuring customer satisfaction while sampling and selling our gourmet Caramel Candy.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
- Operate cash registers efficiently, handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products and promoting special offers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring that shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
- Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
- Supervise and assist fellow team members as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Neat appearance required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
