Job Summary

The Retail Store Manager will oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and engaging experience for customers. They will be responsible for hiring and managing a team, training employees to provide exceptional service, maintaining store presentation, and upholding our high standards of product quality.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

*Be the face of The Caramel Tree—greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm. *Naturally share the story behind our handcrafted caramels and create an engaging experience. *Ensure every visitor leaves feeling valued and excited about our products. *Encourage product sampling and upselling in a way that feels genuine and fun.

Store Operations & Team Leadership

* Recruit, hire, and train retail employees who are confident, capable, and aligned with our brand values. *Lead and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service. *Manage staff schedules and ensure proper store coverage. *Maintain a clean, inviting, and well-organized store environment. *Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing and workflow efficiency.

Inventory & Cash Handling

*Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure timely restocking. *Handle cash register operations with precision and trustworthiness. *Ensure all transactions and store deposits are completed securely and accurately.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $15.00/hour.
