What are the responsibilities and job description for the ABA Operations Director position at The Cardinal Center for Behavior Analysis?
We are looking for an assertive, self-starter to lead the growth of our clinic. You will mentor and guide our clinical staff providing applied behavior analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum. You'll have the opportunity to use your energy, drive, and love of a fast-paced constantly changing environment to lead your clinic to crush all goals.
Our ideal candidate will be candid with their employees, naturally balancing an informative and direct nature when communicating expectations, while making sure each employee knows they are cared about.
Basic Duties
- Contribute to the Leadership team through participation in the EOS, GGOB, and Culture Index
- Hire, train, and develop the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and BCBAs
- Schedule, manage, and motivate the RBTs and BCBAs daily
- Facilitate division meetings and communicate organizational goals
- Maintain general upkeep and cleanliness of the facility
- Provide feedback on performance quarterly
- Collaborate with the admissions department to facilitate admissions
- Participate in events to establish and maintain relationships within the community
- Ensure all medical records are accurate and maintained in the EHR
- Remain accountable to the financial performance of the division and KPIs
- Submit payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- The OD reports to the Chief Executive Officer
Qualifications
● 1 year experience in the ABA field or related behavioral healthcare
● Experience with customer service and/or sales
● A working knowledge of ABA (preferred)
● Ability to speak professionally to families and referral sources
● Ability to represent Cardinal Pediatric Therapies in a professional and positive way
● Experience with Salesforce as a system for tracking
● Flexibility - as company goals shift and grow
