Insurance Accounts Receivable and Weekly Claims Submissions for a growing Applied Behavior Analysis Clinic.
Candidates must be available to work in an office setting, Monday - Friday, set hours with some flexibility in setting said hours. As our company grows, this role has the potential to become full time.
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
Work directly with Revenue Cycle Manager on:
- Insurance accounts receivable,
- Insurance appeals,
- Client Insurance Benefit Verification,
- Weekly Billing Claims Submission,
- Payment Reconciliation
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the US
One year of medical administrative experience
Well versed in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Products
Billing experience in ABA Therapy Codes
Expertise in Central Reach system
HIPAA Knowledge and Compliance
Preferred Qualifications:
ABA Therapy Coding Knowledge
Medical Billing, Coding and Insurance Experience
Insurance Accounts Receivable and Claims Submission
Prior Authorizations Submissions and Management
Patient Responsibility Collection
Insurance Credentialing and Contracting Experience
Office Ally and Change Healthcare Familiarity
