Event Bartender

• Customer Service:
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take orders and make recommendations when needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
• Provide a welcoming and positive bar atmosphere.
• Bar Operations:
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Stock and restock bar supplies.
• Check alcohol inventory and count cash drawers.
• Follow all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other staff members, including servers and kitchen staff.
• Stay updated on current beverage trends and attend training sessions as required.
• May be responsible for opening or closing the bar.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous bartending or hospitality experience is often preferred.
• Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of drink recipes, mixology, and beverage presentation.
• Skills:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle busy periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
• Other:
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
