Job Overview:
The Front Office Manager will oversee day- to-day operations and keep the offices operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- · Manage the daily operations of the office
- · Supervise and support the front office team
- · Address and research patient billing inquiries and requests
- · Review insurance EOBs and action as necessary, including submitting appeals
- · Compile and forward medical records for insurance requests and/or subpoenas in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- · Maintain office files (paperless)
- · Oversee hiring and onboarding processes
- · Represent our business in a professional manner & demonstrate excellent customer service
- · Ensure a professional work culture; always demonstrate respect for all
- · Additional responsibilities and duties as needed and requested
Requirements:
- · 3 years’ medical office management experience
- · Excellent written and oral communication skills
- · Computer literacy and adept with MS Word and Excel
- · Experience and proficiency with EHRs (Electronic Health Records)
- · Analytical and resourceful problem-solving skills
- · Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
- · Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- · Capable of multi-tasking
- . Exemplary customer service skills and work ethic that demonstrates leadership by example
