Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on the night shift. As an LPN at The Care Center of DeQuincy, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of residents and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures
- Conduct regular assessments to identify resident needs and develop individualized care plans

Requirements:
- Current LPN licensure in the state of Louisiana
- 1 year of experience as an LPN in a long-term care setting
