Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations and business strategy for physician and advanced practice services across Michigan
- Lead market positioning and growth initiatives in value-based care
- Align systems, policies, and people to drive division success
- Foster communication across departments including operations, HR, and marketing
- Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Promote the company at community and industry events
- Serve as a culture-setter and team mentor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience required
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Visiting Physician operations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Deep understanding of business strategies and value-based care
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven success in team development and operational leadership
- Ability to travel as needed
