**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in care management, an understanding of the disability and senior communities, and strong clerical skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage client care operations
- Ensure high accuracy in record-keeping and task management
- Conduct client needs assessments and develop plans of care
- Collaborate with healthcare, legal, and financial professionals to provide efficient care management
- Manage client intake processes
- Implement case management strategies for effective client outcomes
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in care management, financial management, insurance, and legal office assistance is helpful
- Proficiency in English and other languages helpful
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills
- Strong background in case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
