Operations Analyst with Management Consulting Experience

Position Overview :
We are seeking an Operations Analyst with Management Consulting Experience to join our team. This is a highly analytical role that will focus on manpower planning, resource allocation, and providing critical operational insights to support project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, with experience in Excel analysis, resource planning, and creating impactful PowerPoint presentations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient project execution, data-driven decision-making, and effective resource utilization for our clients in the power and utilities sectors.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct detailed manpower and resource planning to ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects.
- Use advanced Excel techniques to analyze operational data, track project progress, and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present PowerPoint presentations to communicate key findings, recommendations, and operational metrics to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain resource models and provide forecasting support for client projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables.
- Work closely with project managers and senior leadership to provide data-driven insights for project planning and execution .
- Support the development of project schedules , identifying resource constraints and proposing solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Participate in client meetings to provide operational insights and analysis that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop process improvements to streamline operations and enhance project efficiency.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and project metrics.
