Key Responsibilities
- Track and manage project scope elements tied to customer billing and financial reporting
- Develop, validate, and present financial reports using SAP and Ariba systems
- Ensure accurate and timely billing aligned with contractual and project milestones
- Support internal audits and resolve billing-related inquiries with thorough documentation
- Coordinate across departments to ensure clarity in scope, funding, and billing activities
Requirements
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- ~7 years of experience in project management, financial reporting, or project controls
- ~ Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
- ~ Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines
