This is a contract-to-perm opportunity, ideal for a seasoned recruiter with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
In this hybrid role, you will spend 3 days a week in the office, actively managing recruiting for key roles while leading and mentoring a fully remote Talent Acquisition team. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will actively recruit daily for all roles, optimize recruitment processes, and align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting (Hands-On) :
Actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process for high-priority roles, including technical, leadership, and high-volume hiring needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates, maintaining a pipeline of top-tier talent for both current and future needs.
Partner closely with hiring managers to craft compelling job descriptions, define talent requirements, and align on hiring strategies.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every stage of the recruitment process.
Team Leadership & Development :
Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve hiring goals.
Set priorities, monitor progress, and foster accountability across the team to ensure consistent delivery.
Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for challenging searches, offering creative solutions and expert insights.
Inspire a high-performing, collaborative, and results-driven team culture aligned with CARIAN’s mission and values.
Strategic Recruitment Initiatives :
Develop and implement scalable recruiting processes and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, sourcing efficiency, quality of hire) to optimize performance and report on progress to leadership.
Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts with long-term growth strategies.
Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
Employer Branding & Outreach :
Elevate CARIAN’s employer brand through creative candidate engagement strategies, compelling messaging, and innovative outreach.
Represent CARIAN at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and attract talent.
Leverage social media platforms like LinkedIn to drive proactive outreach, engage passive candidates, and promote open roles.
Required Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 5 years managing a Talent Acquisition team in an agency setting.
Proven experience in technical, leadership, or high-volume hiring.
Strong proficiency in sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) and ATS platforms.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to balance hands-on execution with team leadership.
Preferred Skills :
Experience recruiting within the power, construction, engineering, or consulting sectors is a major plus.
Familiarity with data-driven recruiting strategies and metrics-based decision-making.
Exposure to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
