- Duties and Responsibilities of an LPN :
- Plans and manages resident care according to each resident’s needs
- Interviews residents and records their medical history and physical condition
- Reviews medical charts
- Administers medication
- Provides wound care
- EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE required of an LPN :
- Certification :
- Current LPN license is required. CPR is a plus.
- Experience
- Prior Healthcare or Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
