The Carlstar Division of Titan International is seeking a Key Account Manager for the Southeast Region of the US. This role will report to the Franklin, TN office but may reside in the following states: AL, FL, GA, NC, SC, or TN.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for expertly managing all sales functions within a designated territory under the guidance of the Director of Aftermarket Sales. This role involves independently developing and nurturing positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase revenue. The successful candidate will ensure our products meet customer needs and continually educate clients on new products and programs. Additionally, this position involves providing accurate sales forecasts and achieving sales targets and objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all sales activities for strategic accounts within the assigned territory, including developing and maintaining solid relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identifying customer needs and aligning products to meet those needs, including educating customers on new product offerings.
- Develops and implements accurate sales forecasts to align with company objectives, ensuring timely delivery and execution to meet business needs.
- Plans and implements strategies to meet sales targets, tracks performance, manages a client pipeline, and collaborates with the sales team to maximize results and meet financial objectives.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Provides exceptional customer service to ensure all customer needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely manner, which benefits both the customer and the company.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field required.
- 5 Years of demonstrated successful experience in sales, sales management, business development, or strategic account management
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying and developing new markets and customers, including thoroughly understanding customer needs and desires and communicating the identified information to product management teams.
- Demonstrated experience in sales planning and forecasting by product segment and customer, including a deep understanding of competitors, distribution channels, and market drivers and trends
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining top-level relationships with strategic accounts, including the ability to reflect company practices and procedures in a favorable light to customers and external stakeholders.
