Accounts Payable Coordinator
The Carmelite System is a multi-state not-for-profit senior living organization sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters of the Aged & Infirm. The Carmelite Sisters operate a network of skilled nursing facilities throughout the United States.
Due to growth we are seeking to hire an additional Accounts Payable Coordinator for our AP Team.
Accounts Payable Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 years in Accounts Payable required.
- 5 years of A/P experience managing multiple facilities simultaneously, preferred.
- Advanced user of MS Office programs especially Excel, preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to be detailed oriented and organized, preferred.
Accounts Payable Coordinator Job Summary:
- Enter accurate and timely invoices for up to 6 assigned Nursing Homes.
- Monitor and enforce invoice approval process.
- Ensure all invoices are coded correctly and with the correct level of management approval.
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment.
