The Accounting Coordinator is accountable to provide clerical and administrative support, including data and word processing, record keeping, filing and various other duties related to the effective operation of the department. We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work as the accounting coordinator in our company.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Data entry and filing as needed.
  • Income journal review and approval
  • Assigned monthly journal entries
  • Reconciliations
  • Review and reconcile 3rd Party credit card transactions
  • Contract group reconciliation and billing including posting of tax exemption for over 90 day stays.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Facilitate guest and vendor request through methods of phone calls or email as needed.
  • Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of computer applications.
  • Previous Accounting experience preferred.
