The Restorative Division at The Carpenter Health Network is hiring a Clinical Intake Manager.
The Clinical Intake Manager will play an integral role in our team by ensuring care continuity of patients and promoting our care continuum.

Experience/Skills:
- Proven Marketing/Admissions Intake experience in healthcare with a clinical background such as a Registered Nurse and Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Hospital/Rehab (LTAC, In-patient rehab) experience preferred
- Strong Clinical Assessment skills
- Ensuring compliance through clinical perspective, expertise, and critical thinking skills.
- Capable of achieving results by supervising and participating in Marketing and Admissions Intake activity with minimal direction.
- Ability to consistently design and achieve appropriate Marketing/Admissions Intake goals and objectives.
- Talented in networking with referral sources.
- Experience in developing Marketing plans for hospitals/community.
- Assisting the director in duties with navigating clinical review, oversite of processes, interviewing/recruiting/hiring, planning and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing marketing trends/changes
Requirements:
- Clinical discipline with current license in good standing
- 2 or more years of clinical experience required, Registered Nurse preferred
- Working knowledge of computers and software packages such as Microsoft 365 Office.
- Knowledge of hospital data bases
- Proven ability to work with physicians, social workers, insurance companies, case managers, patients, and families.
- Current valid LA Drivers License
