The Carpenter Shed is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our property. This role involves ensuring that all maintenance and landscaping tasks are carried out effectively and efficiently, fostering a welcoming environment for our tenants and guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to property management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the property to assess maintenance needs, identify potential issues, and ensure overall aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Conduct landscaping efforts, ensuring that outdoor areas are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with tenants regarding property maintenance issues, updates, and resolutions.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Document and track all maintenance requests and activities, providing regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property management policies.
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes and landscaping practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in property management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Experience with general maintenance and repair projects
- Able to properly monitor and handle property maintenance
- Managing the upkeep for all property assets
- Provide general property oversight including property checks and routine walk-throughs
- General oversight of the residents at the facility

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
