Job Description
We are seeking a mid-level Cyber Security Engineer for a long-term contract position. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in security administration and familiarity with cyber security technologies and standards such as CrowdStrike, Qualys, Illumio, Netskope, Splunk, PCI, SOX compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or related field.
- Proficient in a broad array of security software applications and tools.
- Experienced with penetration testing and techniques.
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of computer-related security systems including firewalls, IDPS concepts, endpoint security, encryption, and password protection and authentication.
- Knowledge and understanding of application security.
