About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our growing PMO team and lead the development and implementation of our new loyalty mobile app. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring an exceptional PM who can quickly grasp the project scope and deliver results.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong digital background. They will be comfortable working with technical and business stakeholders, and possess the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. A passion for leading a team in creating engaging customer experiences is essential.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the scope and schedule for the loyalty mobile app project across the client ecosystem, ensuring on time delivery.
- Conduct business consulting and ideation to define the scope of the loyalty app and identify desired features.
- Partner with general managers of different business units to align loyalty programs with their respective marketing strategies and target audiences.
- Develop and implement a scalable framework for loyalty programs that resonate with diverse audiences
- Evaluate and select vendors, ensuring the chosen technology meets our needs for scalability and future expansion across multiple venues within the ecosystem
- Collaborate with the cross functional teams and 3rd party project vendor to define requirements, implement and test the mobile app.
- Oversee the testing of app features and functionalities, A / B testing different experiences to optimize customer engagement.
- Manage project schedules, communications and stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize structured Agile project management methodologies and tools
- Create and maintain a roadmap of features, prioritizing initial launch items for a viable product and downstream development of features and enhancements.
