JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading HR initiatives on a professional level and works closely with the Payroll Manager and Director of HR. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance, as well as other HR functional areas. The HR Manager will interact with external and internal stakeholders, delivering HR systems and processes to drive business performance and client satisfaction.Find and implement ways of making HR tasks more functional and efficient.
