The Cartwright Law Firm, is seeking a full time legal assistant / paralegal to join our litigation practice. Any applicant must have practical knowledge of personal injury litigation in San Francisco and surrounding counties and be comfortable referencing local rules. This position supports attorneys who practice in personal injury litigation.
The Cartwright Law firm is a highly esteemed, well established, San Francisco Law Firm with strong ties to the local and surrounding communities. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Paralegal Certificate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), Adobe, Dropbox, Filevine, One Legal, Pacer and other database systems
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast paced environment
- Detail oriented and able to prioritize work while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management and written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Detail oriented, pride in work, self-starter, self-disciplined
- Spanish speaking a bonus
