We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our accounting team in Addison, IL. Compensation Range: $43,500-$55,000 Annually Incentives & Benefits

(Compensation Varies Based On Experience And Education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Management:Monitor customer accounts daily and promptly address past-due balances
• Payments & Collections:Process payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and encourage on-time settlements
• Issue Resolution:Proactively troubleshoot and resolve billing inquiries, working closely with customers and internal teams
• Accounts Receivable Support:Assist with various tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Team Collaboration:Participate in additional duties as assigned by Accounting Managers, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing department
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:Background in accounting and collections a plus
• Professionalism & Communication:Ability to maintain a courteous, professional tone in calls and emails, even when handling sensitive inquiries
• Multitasking & Organization:Proven success managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to Detail:Strong follow-up skills, accuracy, and excellent time management
• Positive Mindset:A strong work ethic, “can-do” attitude, and pride in delivering high-quality results
• Problem-Solving Aptitude:Self-directed, detail-oriented, and capable of analyzing challenges to find effective solutions
