What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Associate position at The Cary Company?
The Cary Company is seeking a candidate to assist our warehouse team in Jurupa Valley, CA. The hours for this role are M-F 6am-2 : 30pm .
Duties :
Thoroughly review and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Maintain and update chemical information in Google Sheets.
Efficiently process totes and manage inventory.
Navigate and utilize our E3 system proficiently.
Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
Regularly check inventory and ensure all SDS are included; add missing SDS as needed
Be familiar with proper PPE to handle various chemical residual returns
Learn PH machine processes & functionality to be a backup / support to department supervisor daily or as needed when coverage is needed when supervisor is off
Requirements :
Bilingual in spanish and english
Abide by proper PPE protocol (helmets, steel toed boots, aprons, gloves)
Keep worksite clean
Able to receive and follow directions and communicate with co-workers
No experience is needed for this role as on the job training will be provided.
Able to lift 50lbs
Standing for up to 8 hours
Frequent bending and turning
Bilingual a plus
