Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and databases
- Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation
- Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
