Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to support business decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.

• This is an on-site role reporting to our Addison, IL facility.**
  
  

Compensation Range: $55,000-$65,000 Annually Incentives & Benefits

(Compensation Varies Based On Experience And Education)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and dashboards
• Develop and maintain reporting systems and databases
• Create and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to support strategic planning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and systems
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
