Job Title: Benefit Systems Client Relationship Manager

Hiring Range: $55,000 - $69,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)
Commitment: Three-Year Commitment to The Cason Group

Our Benefit Systems Team works with insurance advisors’ employer clients to custom-build benefit administration platforms. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing cases enrolled and serviced through benefit enrollment systems, including managing and maintaining relationships with agents and group administrators.
What Our Client Relationship Managers Do:
- Collaborate and Support: develop positive relationships with advisors, group administrators, and TCG Sales Reps while providing service that exceeds expectations; consult with advisors on case dynamics; work with dedicated clientele, including key national agency accounts and large groups; problem-solve to provide proactive solutions when issues arise; serve as main point of contact for agents and groups regarding enrollment systems
- Organize and Coordinate: manage Benefit Systems accounts by coordinating all aspects of case setup and online enrollments, including ensuring all pertinent information and distributed while monitoring progress and providing updates throughout installation; test and conduct system demonstrations as appropriate; provide training to agents and/or group administrators; coordinate with agents, groups, and Group Sales Support (internal) regarding re-enrollments and necessary changes to enrollment systems
- Engage as Team Player: serve as go-to resource for internal Group Operations departments; serve as the main point-of-contact for agents and group
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven success with managing client relationships in the marketplace
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with compliance of deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills as well as the ability to work well as part of a team
- Competency with MS Office (specifically Excel & Outlook); familiarity with databases
- Demonstrated proficiency of all parts of the position within 9-12 months
