Role overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) who will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating the value of our products to both technical and business audiences. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, a knack for storytelling, and a desire to work at the forefront of cloud and Kubernetes innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to target personas, including IT Ops, DevOps, and platform teams.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate technical features into business value.
- Create high-impact marketing materials such as sales decks, white papers, case studies, and blog posts.
- Conduct market research to understand trends in Kubernetes, cloud databases, and containerized workloads.
- Drive product launches and manage cross-functional implementation plans.
- Support sales enablement through training, competitive battle cards, and use case collateral.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.
